Sewer Account Q&As

If you receive your sewer bill from another agency, contact them for the answers to these questions.

Yes.  Call 833-292-0650 and listen to and follow the instructions carefully.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit cards.  You can also access the payment system by calling 541-664-6300 and pressing 1.  Have your nine-digit sewer account number ready.

Payment options include paying by phone at 833-292-0650, sending your payment through the mail, leaving it at a drop box, or bringing it to our office; paying automatically from your checking or savings account--call the customer support line at 385-218-0343; paying through this website with a credit or debit card; setting up auto pay on this website using your credit or debit card; or using your bank payment website or third party payer.

These options are only available to customers who are billed directly by Rogue Valley Sewer Services:

  1. Through recurring payments in your online account using your debit or credit card.  Following this link for more information. The amount paid through recurring payments will be the total account balance at the time the recurring payments are processed.  If your credit card expires, the payment will not be made.  Please remember to update your card information on the payment site before it expires and/or your payment date to continue your autopay without disruption.
  2. Auto Pay through your bank account can be done by calling 385-218-0343.  

Discounts are available for those customers who are billed directly by Rogue Valley Sewer Services.  Single-family residential customers may contact the RVSS office at 541-664-6300 to set up quarterly or annual billing.  Quarterly billing nets a 3 percent savings and requires the customer to pay two months in advance.  Annual billing saves the customer 5 percent and requires the customer to pay 11 months in advance.

You can check your sewer account balance and history by following this link to the online account access page and logging into your online account. You must first create an Xpress Bill Pay account and link your Rogue Valley Sewer account using the nine-digit Customer Number and your last name or business as it shows on your bill. Your customer number is in two places on your bill and is a nine-digit number with a dash before the last three numbers. If you have your nine-digit sewer account number, you can get your account balance at any time at 833-292-0650. You can also call our office during business hours at 541 664-6300 or 541 779-4144 to obtain information on any of your RVSS accounts.

The Stormwater fee collected by RVSS supports the Stormwater Quality program mandated under the Federal Clean Water Act.  This program is intended to protect and improve the quality of the water entering the streams from the more densely populated areas, which may or may not have access to public storm drains.  Follow this link for more information on our Stormwater program.  Rogue Valley Sewer Services charges an additional fee to Phoenix and Talent customers on behalf of those cities.  The revenue from those fees is passed through to Phoenix and Talent.

You may pay your sewer bill using your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) via this link to our Xpress Bill Pay payment site, at the office, or over the phone.  Your customer account number is required to register your account online, pay online without registering, or to pay by phone at 833-292-0650.  All other services can be paid via credit or debit card in the office only.  You may call Rogue Valley Sewer Services at 541-664-6300 to get your nine-digit customer number.
