Start Your Sewer Service

Complete and submit the Start Sewer Service form if your property has an existing public sewer connection and is within the following areas in Table 1*:

Gold Hill

*If your property is outside the city limits listed in either Table 1 or Table 2, please search for your service address in our service map.  

  • If there are no lines over your property and the property has an existing public sewer connection, complete and submit the Start Sewer Service form.
  • If there are lines over your property and it is within the city limits of Medford, contact the city of Medford Utilities at 541-774-2140.

If the service is within the boundaries of one of the following cities, please contact that city to request service:
