Projects requiring public sewer main must be reviewed and approved, and a Construction Authorization Letter must be issued by RVSS prior to construction.
Construction plans must be developed per DEQ and RVSS Sanitary Sewer Design Standards and stamped by a Professional Engineer registered in Oregon.

Sanitary sewer construction plans must be sent to RVSS in electronic format to the RVSS District Engineer, Nicholas Bakke at nbakke@rvss-or.gov or 541-664-6300. Pre-design questions and/or meetings are welcome.
