Contractor Prequalification
Rogue Valley Sewer Services does not charge a fee to submit this application.
Contractors must be prequalified with RVSS prior to performing any work on public facilities maintained by RVSS. These facilities include sewer mains, manholes, sewer service taps, common pressure sewers, storm drains in the White City Industrial area, and public stormwater management facilities. Prime contractors must also be pre-qualified prior to submitting bids on RVSS capital improvement projects.
A contractor may become prequalified by completing and submitting the ODOT Contractor Prequalification Application to RVSS. Alternatively, a contractor may submit a current ODOT prequalification letter and the completed first page of the prequalification application to RVSS.
