How do I Make a Payment without Creating an Account?

1. Click this link to the Xpress Bill Pay Check out as Guest.
2. Select the Utility button
3. Enter your account number
4. Enter the last name or business name as it shows on your bill
5. Click Search Account
6. Change the Amount to be Paid if you want to pay something different include the decimal point
7. Click Next
8. Complete all fields
9. Select Payment Method
10. Complete the information requested
11. Click Next
12. Confirm amount is correct
13. Click Submit Payment
