What is the balance on my account?

You can check your sewer service account balance and history by following this link to the online account access page and logging into your online account. You must first create an Xpress Bill Pay account and link your Rogue Valley Sewer account using the nine-digit Customer Number and your last name or business as it shows on your bill. Your customer number is in two places on your bill and is a nine-digit number with a dash before the last three numbers. If you have your nine-digit sewer account number, you can get your sewer service account balance at any time at 833-292-0650
